Re-light My Fire: Finding Freedom After Abuse or Assault

A compassionate space for women healing from abuse and assault to reclaim intimacy and connection at their own pace.

Why This Course?

One in four women in the UK experience sexual assault or abuse in their lives. The impact can be wide-ranging and severe, affecting every aspect of life.

Healing after sexual abuse or assault can feel lonely and overwhelming. This course offers a safe and supportive space for you to gently rebuild trust with yourself and your body.

Through ten weeks of seminars, reflective exercises, and nurturing community, we help you take small steps towards rediscovering your power and freedom.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for women who are ready to explore how their bodies hold and process trauma and how this understanding can help them reconnect with their innate sense of desire and sexuality as part of the healing process.

Re-light my fire is for you if:

  • You’ve experienced trauma and want to understand its impact on your brain, body, and relationships.

  • You feel disconnected from your body and are curious about how to rebuild a sense of safety and trust within yourself.

  • You long for deeper intimacy and connection, whether with a partner or within yourself.

  • You’re seeking to reclaim your desire and sexuality as an empowering and healing part of your life.

  • You’ve struggled with flashbacks or dissociation, and you want practical tools to navigate these experiences with greater confidence.

This course is a safe and supportive space for anyone who feels ready to explore their unique relationship with intimacy, pleasure, and embodiment. Whether you’re in a relationship or single, this journey will help you rediscover your capacity for connection and joy on your terms.

Please Note: To ensure you’re fully supported throughout this process, it’s essential that you’ve been in therapy for at least six months before joining this course. This foundation is crucial for navigating the topics and practices we’ll explore together.
